*Required*  Local Competition Project Application Forms

  • FY25 Renewal Project Application Form

  • FY25 Transitional Housing - New Project Application Form

Additional Documentation Templates: *Projects may use these tools to meet documentation requirements but may also develop alternate documentation if they prefer*

Given the dynamic nature of this year's Local Competition, CoC staff anticipate that prospective applicants may have questions about the additional materials listed above. CoC staff will collect questions and post relevant answers (as appropriate) on an FAQ document that will be publicly available on the FY25 Local Competition Page. **Please check the FAQ prior to submitting a question**

All of the above can be found on the FY25 Funding Page.

The LA BOSCOC welcomes and encourages applicants that have not previously received CoC Program funding to apply.

The LA BOSCOC will publish all information about its local competition on its website and via its email distribution list. Click here to subscribe to the LA BOSCOC’s email distribution list.
