HMIS Annual Security Training

Overview

The LA BOSCOC is holding it's annual privacy and security training Thursday, June 20, 2024.  Attendees of the live training will view the training materials and will have the opportunity to ask questions of our HMIS System Administrators. The training materials will also be posted on the LA BOSCOC and CAAH websites after the live training event for end users to review on their own.

HMIS end users will be receiving an email from CAAH containing a link to the annual security training slides for HMIS end users and the Understanding Check questionnaire. Everyone who uses HMIS is required to watch a training video (live or on your own) and complete a brief quiz (Understanding Check) to confirm their participation. This should take roughly one hour.  Security Training should be completed by Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
