Notice Regarding FY26 Continuum of Care Funding Opportunity

Per order from the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the FY2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (“NOFO”) issued by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has been set aside. The Louisiana Balance of State Continuum of Care (“LABOSCOC”) application process under the NOFO, accordingly, is paused. LABOSCOC is monitoring the situation, and any further updates will be publicly posted to the LABOSCOC website.
