FY26 CoC Program Local Competition Documents Now Available

Overview

The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC), on behalf of the Louisiana Balance of State Continuum of Care (LA BOSCOC), opened its local competition for funding available under the Funding Year (FY) 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on June 26, 2026. Project applications for funding through this local competition are due to LHC no later than 11p CST July 20, 2026.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released its FY 2026 CoC Program NOFO on June 1, 2026. The CoC Program funds eligible organizations to provide permanent housing, transitional housing, and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness, including people fleeing domestic violence.

The LA BOSCOC will publish available funding amounts once they are released by HUD.

The LA BOSCOC welcomes and encourages applicants that have not previously received CoC Program funding to apply.

LCADV DV Bonus - SSO - Request for Proposals

The Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (LCADV) is soliciting proposals from applicants wishing to be selected as a subrecipient for the LCADV DV bonus funding available through the FY2026 CoC Program Competition. The relevant documents are posted on the FY26 Competition Page.

FY2026 CoC Program Local Competition Webinar

LHC will host an informational webinar for its FY2026 CoC Program local competition on Thursday, July 2nd from 10am - 12pm. The webinar will provide an overview of the FY 2026 CoC Program NOFO and critical information for potential project applicants.
