Carrie Patterson, LCSW
Continuum of Care Manager

Carrie is a lifelong resident of Louisiana who joined the LA BOSCOC team in 2019 as a Continuum of Care Coordinator then transitioned to the role of LA BOSCOC Manager in May 2022. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Carrie has experience working with vulnerable people and communities in a variety of capacities. Prior to joining LA BOSCOC, Carrie primarily worked in the non-profit sector and has a special interest in working with youth, People Living with HIV, and Formerly Incarcerated Persons. She lives in Baton Rouge with her family and a small menagerie of pets.

Toni Jones
HMIS Specialist

Toni started with the LABOSCOC team in April 2023 and brings with her decades of experience in customer service and training from the insurance and retail service fields.  She also brings an understanding of the critical nature of effective internal and external management of operational resources, and HMIS data maintenance experience.  She is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, and The University of Phoenix, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching television, and solving Sudoku puzzles.

Victoria Johnson
Coordinated Entry Specialist

Victoria joined the CoC team in January 2022 as the Coordinated Entry Specialist after having previously served as the Recording Secretary of the LA BOSCOC Board in a previous role at Louisiana Housing Corporation. Victoria has over 7 years of experience facilitating access to resources for vulnerable populations and began her career working at a Behavioral Health agency in Baton Rouge, where her work was grounded in the belief that every person, regardless of their disability, race, ethnicity, gender, age, economic status, sexual orientation, or other immutable characteristics has the right to adequate housing and the right to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity. When Victoria isn’t working on behalf of CoC, she’s making memories with her 3 children. They enjoy painting, creating, riding four-wheelers, and watching movies.

Brett Burns
Continuum of Care Coordinator

Brett is a Louisiana native who recently returned after several years living in the Midwest. He brings with him to the CoC team a decade of experience working for Raising Cane's, expanding their service area, and opening new locations in Ohio. Brett is excited about the opportunity to use his customer service and data analysis skills in supporting communities and service providers in working towards ending homelessness. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing all types of sports, going to local trivia competitions, and trying to make at least one new recipe a week, with a strong preference for baking. He has 2 pets that he adores and loves any and all family events.

andrew dietz,lmsw
Continuum of Care Coordinator

Andrew is a Licensed Master Social Worker who started with the LA BOSCOC team in 2023. After completing his Masters of Social Work in 2021 he worked as an IOP counselor for people with substance use disorders and in the Compliance Division at Capital Area Human Services. Andrew’s education, professional career as a social worker, and life have taught him that a key part of helping people to flourish is making sure they have a safe place to call home. An Iowa native, Andrew now lives in Baton Rouge where he enjoys playing guitar and exploring his adopted home state of Louisiana.
