HUD released the Funding Year (FY) 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) July 5, 2023.
The LA BOSCOC's CoC Program Local Competition opened August 2, 2023. Project Applications were due August 28, 2023.
