What is the LA BOSCOC?
The LA BOSCOC is a self-governing collaborative. Members come together to share best practices, expand their referral networks, and collaboratively develop policies and procedures to guide how people experiencing homelessness are served in their communities.
Who can be a member?
Any agency or person can be a member if they live or operate in the LA BOSCOC's geography. There are no dues or fees; every member is a voluntary participant in the fight to end homelessness in Louisiana.
The LA BOSCOC funds housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness through HUD's Continuum of Care Program. It also certifies its members to apply for other related funding, like the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Click here for more information.
